Andrew Hadley MBE
He is co-founder and director of the Centre for International Learning and Leadership (CILL), which promotes international thinking, values and skills in education and employment. Andrew specialises in intercultural and education projects, events and networks. With colleagues at CILL he is currently overseeing the development of InterCom, an international community sharing information on education, cultural and youth projects. Within the Alliance, Andrew’s main interest is to raise awareness of the huge range of activities covered by Erasmus+, and to demand that young people in the UK should be offered equal opportunities with their peers in the rest of Europe.

Klajdi (Pronounced Clyd-ee) has been a vocal advocate of pro-European relations since the age of 18.
He studied European Politics at the University of Essex and Charles University in Prague and has been working in the pro-European field for five years. Before assuming the presidency at YEM UK, he collaborated with various human rights organisations.
