He is co-founder and director of the Centre for International Learning and Leadership (CILL), which promotes international thinking, values and skills in education and employment. Andrew specialises in intercultural and education projects, events and networks. With colleagues at CILL he is currently overseeing the development of InterCom, an international community sharing information on education, cultural and youth projects. Within the Alliance, Andrew’s main interest is to raise awareness of the huge range of activities covered by Erasmus+, and to demand that young people in the UK should be offered equal opportunities with their peers in the rest of Europe.

She is Vice-Chair of Grassroots for Europe 

and a founder member of  the Erasmus Plus Alliance.She is a Director of the Festival of Europe, responsible for artistic programming. She is a passionate advocate for international exchange, language learning and the importance of collaboration beyond borders. She believes that international exchange is a fundamental part of our learning process and that all young people should have the opportunity to benefit from it.
